1. Serviceable Shipping Destinations
Currently, our shipping services are exclusively available for addresses within the United States and all Canadian provinces and territories. Regrettably, we do not provide international shipping to other countries at present.
For orders destined for Canada, it is important to note that import duties, taxes, or customs clearance requirements may be imposed. These charges are determined by Canadian authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
2. Order Processing Timeline
Upon successful verification of payment, most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Key considerations:
- Orders will not be processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays observed in the United States or Canada.
- Orders bound for Canada may require an additional 1 to 2 business days to validate shipping details and prepare necessary customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoices). This step is crucial to ensure compliance with Canadian import regulations and minimize potential delays at the border.
3. Estimated Delivery Periods
Delivery timeframes commence once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse:
- United States (Standard Shipping): 5–10 business days
- Canada: 10–25 business days
Note: All orders are fulfilled from our overseas partner warehouse. Cross-border transportation, particularly to Canada, may be impacted by customs inspections, regional postal capacity constraints, or unforeseen carrier delays. These factors could result in delivery times exceeding the estimated window.
4. Designated Shipping Carriers
- U.S. Domestic Orders: Shipped via USPS, which provides reliable coverage across the entire country.
- Canadian Orders: Shipped internationally through USPS International. Final delivery within Canada may be handled by Canada Post or another local carrier, depending on the destination address and package specifications.
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order is shipped.
Tracking Reminder for Canadian Orders: USPS tracking updates may cease once the package enters Canada. For continuous tracking, we recommend using the provided tracking number on the Canada Post website or the carrier’s international tracking platform.
5. Order Tracking Instructions
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s status.
- U.S. Orders: Real-time tracking information is available throughout the entire delivery process.
- Canadian Orders: Initial tracking data may take up to 48 hours to appear in the system. Once the package departs the United States, tracking updates may become less frequent. For the most up-to-date status, we advise checking with Canada Post directly.
6. Handling Lost or Delayed Packages
Course of Action for Delayed or Missing Packages
For U.S. Orders:
- Inquire with household members, neighbors, building management, or local mailrooms to confirm if the package has been received on your behalf.
- Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to request delivery confirmation or file a formal claim.
- If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” date indicated in the tracking information.
For Canadian Orders:
- Allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery window to account for potential customs processing delays or postal handoff procedures.
- Verify with Canada Post whether your package is being held due to unpaid duties, taxes, or missing documentation.
- Check with neighbors or local post offices regarding any missed deliveries.
- If the package is still unaccounted for, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Our Commitment: Resolutions for Confirmed Lost or Severely Delayed Orders
While the majority of orders arrive without complications, we recognize that exceptional circumstances—particularly for cross-border shipments—may lead to issues. We define an order as confirmed lost or unrecoverable if it meets one of the following criteria:
- U.S. Orders: No delivery within 15 business days after shipment
- Canadian Orders: No delivery within 30 business days after shipment
Important Stuff: To get this help, you need to contact us within the timeframes we mentioned in Section 6. We also need to finish checking with the delivery company, which takes 5–10 business days. We can only give refunds or reship once we’re sure the package is lost—not just because it’s late.
