How You Can Pay
We want your shopping experience to be smooth, so we accept all the most popular credit and debit cards on our website. You can pay with:
Visa
Mastercard
American Express
Your payments are super secure—we work with a trusted third-party payment provider that uses top-notch encryption to keep your financial info safe. We never store your full card number on our servers (privacy first!), and our processor meets strict global security rules to make sure your data stays protected.
Which Currency Will You Be Charged In?
No surprises here—your final charge currency depends on where your order is being shipped. Here’s the breakdown:
The currency selector at the top of our site is just for previewing—so you can see prices in your preferred currency. But don’t worry, the actual amount charged to your card will always match the shipping country’s currency, like we mentioned above.
If your card is from another country or uses a different currency, your bank might add an exchange rate or foreign transaction fee. These fees are set by your bank, not us—so you can check with them if you have questions.
Authorizations & Payment Updates
When you place an order, your bank will usually put a temporary "hold" on your card for the total order cost. This is just to make sure you have enough funds—standard bank stuff!
If you cancel your order, the hold will be lifted right away. We’ll only charge your card for real once we’ve checked your order and confirmed it’s ready to ship.
If your payment gets declined (maybe not enough funds, expired card, or a security check) we’ll email you right away. We might ask for a little extra info (like confirming your billing address) to fix it. If we can’t verify your payment details, we might have to cancel the order to keep things secure.
How Refunds Work
All approved refunds go straight back to the card or payment method you used when you checked out. This keeps things safe and easy to track—win-win.
Once we process your refund (after checking returned items, if you sent something back), we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds usually show up on your bank statement in 5–10 business days, but it can take a little longer depending on how your bank works. If you don’t see it after that time, just give your bank or card issuer a call—they’ll have the latest details.
