Refund--Return-Policy


Your satisfaction is our top priority. Should you encounter any issues with your order, our team is ready to assist you. We kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with the following return and refund rules before starting the return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You are entitled to request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Returns submitted beyond this timeframe will not be approved, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund, the returned items must meet the following conditions:
  • Be in their original, unused state (no signs of wear, washing, or modifications)
  • Be accompanied by all original tags, labels, and attached accessories
  • Be packed in the original packaging (if provided initially)
Important Note: Some items are not eligible for return, including final sale products and those clearly marked "non-returnable" on their product pages. This exclusion applies due to hygiene concerns or specific policy regulations.

3. Exchange Procedures

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for items (e.g., swapping sizes or colors). If you wish to obtain a different product, we suggest placing a new order and separately initiating a return for the item you originally purchased.
In instances where you receive a damaged, defective item, or the wrong product was shipped to you, we may, at our sole discretion, arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.

4. Return Shipping Expenses

  • Due to our error (e.g., defective item or incorrect shipment): We will cover all return shipping costs and may provide a prepaid shipping label where available.
  • Change of mind (e.g., incorrect size chosen, no longer needed): The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Do not ship any items back to us without first obtaining approval. To start the return process, please send an email to [email protected] containing the following information:
  • Your unique order number
  • The specific reason for the return
  • For defective items: Clear, well-lit photographs that clearly show the defect
After reviewing your request, we will confirm whether your return is eligible and send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive your returned items and complete the inspection, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Note: Your bank or credit card issuer may require an additional 3 to 7 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Issues with Missing Refunds

First, we recommend checking with your financial institution, as delays often occur on their end. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and the funds still haven’t appeared in your account, please contact [email protected] for further assistance.

8. For Canadian Customers: Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

For orders delivered to Canada, any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or your shipping carrier are non-refundable—even if the items are returned.
Refunds will include the product’s purchase price. Original shipping costs will only be included in the refund if legally required and if the return is due to our error. All customs-related charges are excluded from refunds.
